1. Overview
Sponsor : FXGear Inc.
Application : 2010.07.15 ~ 2010.11.31
Individual and group applicants turn in applications for FX-Gears' promotion via e-mail and receive licenses of Qualoth & FXhair for 6 months
License Agreement : Maximum two licenses for Individual entries and five Professional Node-lock license for Group entries for once.

2. Eligibility
Qualification : Anyone can apply for this contest and program if they can submit any artworks of Qualoth and/or FXHair used.
Theme : Open

3. Submission
1) Movie format : Rendering images at least 15 seconds, HDTV 16:9 1920*1080, QuickTime movie
2) Material : To compress final artwork and five capturing images of work progress in ZIP format and create a folder following entries' name and upload the materials at www.webhard.co.kr
ID and password at webhard will be announced at www.qualoth.com on December 1st, 2010.
3) Duration : 2010.12.1~2010.12.24

4. Prizes and Awards
Winner Announcement Date : 2010.12.30 at www.qualoth.com

1st Prize(1 person or 1 group)
Individual applicant - Two permanent Enterprise Node-lock licenses of Qualoth & FXHair, and $ 3,000 USD
Group applicant - Ten Enterprise Node-lock licenses of Qualoth & FXHair for one year, and $ 3,000 USD
Achieves a FX-Gears' Test & Development Artist certification and will be provided a primary chance to experience FXGear's developing software.

2nd Prize(2 people or 2 groups)
Individual applicant - Two Enterprise Node-lock licenses of Qualoth & FXHair for one year, and $ 1,500 USD
Group applicant - Five Enterprise Node-lock licenses of Qualoth & FXHair for one year, and $ 1,500 USD
Achieves a FX-Gears' Test & Development Artist certification and will be provided a primary chance to experience FXGear's developing software.

3rd Prize(5 people or 5 group)
Individual applicant - Two Enterprise Node-lock licenses of Qualoth & FXHair for one year, and $ 800 USD
Group applicant - Three Enterprise Node-lock licenses of Qualoth & FXHair for one year, and $ 800 USD
Achieves a FX-Gears' Test & Development Artist certification and will be provided a primary chance to experience FXGear's developing software.

Required Agreements : The licenses given as prizes to winners will be issued only once. An Enterprise version of Qualoth & FXhair supports multi-threading compared to Professional version.

6. Selection of Winners
FXGear's experts and outside selected committees will judge fairly by our criteria.
Juries will be made of four FXGear's experts and two selected committees.
